Locations List + Info
Choosing a location can be super stressful but hopefully, with this guide, you can get an idea of what these places look like without the research. In this guide, I’ll provide where these spots are located and if they require a permit to have your portraits taken. Permits and fees are the responsibility of the client’s to obtain.
Optimal times are:
Spring/Summer; 7 AM-8:30AM / 5PM-7PM
Fall/Winter: 6 AM-7:30 AM / 3:30PM-5:30 PM
Indoor Sessions can be take at any time of the day.
I always say to choose what’s most you. For me, I personally gravitate to unique natural structures in nature. This could be large trees, canyons, mountains, deserts, etc. So I would most likely stick to more of the natural environment verses an urban environment. Everyone is unique so I hope this guide will help, at the very least, narrow down your options within South Louisiana.
